Reflexologists: what that session pack actually pays you. Free, no signup.
Reflexology session packs die when the discount is priced from the headline fee instead of the true cost. Start with your minimum acceptable dollars per hour (60) and a monthly take-home goal. Pick a session preset: 30 min $35, 60 min $65, or 90 min $90, each filling fee and session minutes as editable. Enter turnover minutes and soak, towels, and cream cost per session, because those happen on every visit, pack or not. The package card takes sessions in the pack, the pack price, the never-redeemed breakage percent, and any unused add-on spend. Fixed monthly costs (rent, insurance, sessions per month) spread across every session you do. Results show real minutes, fixed cost per session, true cost, the pack discount percent, redeemed sessions, revenue per redeemed session, profit per pack session, and your single-session rate for comparison. The big number is your effective dollars per hour against your bar: PRICED RIGHT, CLOSE, BUT LEAKING, THE PACK EATS YOUR RATE, or LOSING MONEY. A reverse card shows the minimum pack price at your bar and the shortfall; the month planner turns your goal into packs, and refuses if the pack loses money.
Example only, not typical pricing. 60-minute session at $65, 15 turnover minutes, $3 supplies, a 6-pack at $330 with 10 percent breakage, no fixed costs, at a $60 bar. Real minutes = 75 = 1.25 hours. True cost per session = $3. Redeemed sessions = 6 x 0.9 = 5.4; revenue per redeemed session = 330 / 5.4 = $61.11; profit = $58.11. Effective rate = 58.11 / 1.25 = $46.49 per hour, below 85 percent of the $60 bar, so the verdict is THE PACK EATS YOUR RATE. The pack discount is 15.4 percent. Minimum pack price at the bar = (60 x 1.25 + 3) x 6 / 0.9 = $520, so this pack is short by $190. The single-session rate is $49.60 per hour, which tells you the pack is the problem, not the base fee.
What is breakage?
Paid sessions that never get booked. It is real profit, but the tool warns never to price a pack assuming more than 10 to 15 percent, because you cannot bank it.
Why show the single-session rate?
So you can compare. If the single rate clears your bar but the pack does not, the discount is eating the margin, not the base fee.
What is the minimum pack price?
The pack price reverse-priced from your bar and true cost, divided by the redeemed share. Sell below it and every pack sold loses you money.
What does THE PACK EATS YOUR RATE mean?
Your effective rate is positive but below 85 percent of your bar. The pack pays something, just not enough for your time.
What is the fix-the-pack-first state?
If the pack loses money per session, the month planner refuses to plan and tells you to fix the price, because more packs only lose more.
